Government Websites to Verify the Authenticity of Properties and Developers

The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav asked the construction builders of Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Greater Noida to update their information on the official websites through their decision. The reason behind this decision is to protect and safeguarded the buyers from being deceived.

Responding to this decision taken by the UP government, the Chairman of Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Greater Noida authorities said that they have started to look for server space to buy for their websites to upload their property related details. He also added that they have premeditated to upload all land ownership and title-related details on their website along with the lease deed terms and conditions, status of the building layout plan that is waiting for an approval and other no objection certificates (NOCs) and notices issued to developers.

The layout of approved plan copy and other sanctions will also be uploaded by the builders to make the purchasing process easy and the whole procedure is likely to be completed by the end of this year.

Real estate developers have welcomed this decision of UP government and regard it as a huge step towards developing transparency between builders and the property buyers. This decision instigated will help the buyers to verify the genuine developers and to be aware from fake builders and this will also give impetus to the confidence levels among the investors in the real estate market.

This websites will also help the buyers to take wise decisions while investing in the market and will make them to understand about the builders projects in a better way. CREDAI and the association of developers are now targeting the NRIs to invest in the projects and who will also be able to verify about the builders through this reliable government websites.
