This apartment project is located on the Horamavu 80 ft. main road, North Bangalore, this project is going to offer 1600 compact residential units in 26, 16 storeyed building in two phase. 

Sovereign developers are offering flats at much low market price unlike most others. 2 BHK apartments of four compact on each of the 16 floors have been constructed in such a manner that each unit has three sides open. Amenities like swimming pool, badminton, gym, basketball courts, tennis, children’s play areas, library and many more facilities has been provided by Sovereign Unnathi. Depending on the floor the price changes.
